Fit For You opened in 2022 and is owned by Mitchell and Sarah Mackedanz. Mitchell and Sarah have lived in Naples since 2000, and are professional golf instructors. Fit For You was born out of a realization that a strong base of fitness is essential for achieving your larger goals. After experiencing amazing results from Power Plate, they decided to open their own studio where everyone can experience the benefits of a healthy mind and body.
