At Fit for You, we believe our client’s needs are very important and we want to take the time to get to know you, your body and your goals. If you are new to the studio, please contact us at 239-371-9611 or text the same number to schedule your first one-on-one session so that we can create a plan to reach your goals. You may also email hello@fitforyounaples.com. Every new client receives a free welcome session.

Fit for you clients

For your convenience we have an online scheduling system through MINDBODY. You have the option to sign into your account below and schedule any group training classes, recovery classes or Bemer sessions. Clients who do personal training should contact the studio for scheduling options. You may also contact the studio at 239-371-9611 or hello@fitforyounaples.com to book your sessions.

Low Intensity

A slower paced class that focuses on proper form and mobility. Great for those that are new to exercise or want to start slow. Low cardio, but clients can increase weight for added intensity.

High Intensity

High intensity classes are designed for those who are familiar with proper exercise form and who want to push the limits of their physical fitness. Classes will include a faster pace, more complex movements, and short bursts of cardio.

Mobility & Balance

This class uses body weight and light bands to work on balance, hip and knee mobility, lower body stability, and upper body mobility. Perfect for building bone density and gaining strength without intense exercise. Exercise follow function movement patterns across a full range of motion.

Stretching & Flexibility

Work through a series of static and dynamic stretches to improve flexibility and release sore and tight muscles for both upper and lower body mobility. Perfect for recovery after golf, tennis, pickle ball, or other intense activity. Enjoy extra massage time in this class.

Core & Pelvic FLoor

Perfect for anyone dealing with low back pain, weak abdominal muscles, incontinence, leaking, or pelvic floor concerns. Safe for postpartum and diastasis recti. Work on building core strength from the ground up. For maximum results, commit to 12 sessions.

Circuit Training

Designed for those who love group classes and a fast-paced workout that keeps you moving. With 8 clients per session, you will perform exercises both on and off the plate. Our circuit training classes incorporate more cardio than our traditional plate classes.
