I have been working on Power Plate with Fit For you for 5 months. My balance is much improved, my mobility and flexibility has improved considerably. My strength has improved in both my arms and legs. When I wake up in the morning, I no longer have any back aches or pains. My overall achiness has drastically improved. My golf backswing has improved due to increased flexibility and rotational mobility. I have also been using the Bemer, and have noticed my energy levels are better. I regularly use the spot treatment on my injured bicep, and I no longer have the pain I used to have. I used to come into the studio dragging. I used to  lift heavy weights at the gym regularly. “In the fall of October 2021 I had a heart attack. I have had trouble getting my blood pressure under 140/70 since then, even on medication. After 3 months at Fit For You, my blood pressure is under 125/65, my most recent echocardiogram shows that my ejection factor is good and the walls of my heart are strong. I have been able to cut down my medications and greatly reduce my swelling and other side effects from medication.
